I didn't get my verification email
Check your spam / junk folder first — that's where it usually lands on first signup. Look for “Your BS Protector verification code.” Mark it “Not Spam” so future emails reach your inbox.

Still nothing after 5 minutes? Go back to signup and try again with the same email — we'll resend the code.
I forgot my password
Go to /forgot-password, type your email, and we'll send a reset code. Enter that code plus a new password and you're back in.
I lost access to the email I signed up with
Email support@kurashsoftware.com from any address. Include the email you originally signed up with and any other details that prove the account is yours (date of signup, last 4 of your card if you're a paying subscriber, etc.). We'll verify and recover.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to /billing → next to your current plan, click Manage. You'll land in your Stripe customer portal where you can cancel anytime. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access for the days you've already paid for.
How do I get a refund?
Email support@kurashsoftware.com. We honor refunds within 14 days of your charge, no questions asked. After that, refunds are evaluated case by case.
What do you store?
Almost nothing. We do not store the content of anything you scan — no emails, texts, DMs, screenshots, transcripts, or model outputs. We keep a verdict tag (safe / suspicious / scam) and risk score per scan so your dashboard can show you what you've been protected from. We also keep your email and subscription status so you can sign in and we can bill correctly. That's it.
I want my data deleted
Email support@kurashsoftware.com from the email address on the account. We'll delete the account, all scan history, and all subscription records within 7 days. If you have an active paid subscription, we'll cancel it as part of the same request.
Did BS Protector miss a real scam?
Sorry about that. Email support@kurashsoftware.com with what happened (you can paste the original message — we'll only use it to improve the model, and we'll delete it from our inbox after). The more examples we see, the better we get. And please remember: BS Protector is a defensive aid, not a guarantee. Always verify high-stakes claims through an independent channel.
Did BS Protector falsely flag something as a scam?
Same email: support@kurashsoftware.com. Tell us what was flagged and why it's legitimate. False positives hurt trust and we want to fix them.
