⚠️ The short version. BS Protector is a defensive aid powered by AI, not a guarantee. AI misses things and AI falsely flags things. You're the final decision-maker. We're not liable for losses from messages we didn't catch or misclassified. For anything high-stakes, verify independently.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using BS Protector (“the Service”), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. The Service

BS Protector is an AI-powered tool that analyzes user-submitted text, screenshots, and live conversation transcripts for indicators of scam, fraud, and manipulation. The Service returns a verdict, a risk score, and suggested follow-up questions.

The Service is provided as an aid, not a substitute for human judgment or professional advice. AI can produce false positives and false negatives. Always use independent verification (the company's official website, a known phone number, a trusted person, a licensed professional) for any decision involving money, legal status, health, safety, or personal relationships.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old. You may not use the Service to perform any activity that violates the law where you live.

4. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your password safe. Notify us at support@kurashsoftware.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

5. Subscriptions, billing, refunds

Paid plans (Pro $9.99/mo, Premium $19.99/mo) bill monthly via Stripe.
You may cancel any time via the billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid period — no refund for the unused portion of that period.
We honor full refunds within 14 days of any charge, no questions asked. Email support@kurashsoftware.com from the account email.
Prices may change. We'll email you at least 14 days before any price change takes effect.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service to plan, conduct, or assist with any scam or fraud yourself.
Scrape, mirror, or resell BS Protector's outputs as your own product.
Attempt to bypass our quotas, rate limits, or authentication.
Upload content you don't have the right to upload (e.g., screenshots of someone else's private messages that you obtained without authorization).
Use the Service to harass, defame, or accuse a specific real person publicly. Our outputs are for your own personal use; they do not constitute facts.
Submit content that is illegal where you live or where our infrastructure is hosted (United States).

7. No guarantee — disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. KurashSoftware LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.

We do not warrant that the Service will detect every scam, that it will avoid false positives, that it will be uninterrupted, or that the AI models we depend on (currently Anthropic Claude) will be available at any given time.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KurashSoftware LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

Your use of, or inability to use, the Service;
Any scam, fraud, theft, manipulation, or financial loss involving content the Service did not flag, flagged incorrectly, or missed for any reason;
Any decision you made based on a verdict, risk score, or suggestion from the Service;
Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;
Any action of a third party (including scammers, sellers, dates, recruiters, or anyone else mentioned in content you submit).

In jurisdictions that don't allow these exclusions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or $50 USD, whichever is greater.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold KurashSoftware LLC harmless from any claim arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by emailing support@kurashsoftware.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.

11. Changes to these terms

We'll email account holders at least 14 days before any material change takes effect.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, excluding conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Washoe County, Nevada, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
